I’m going to be honest-I struggled with the April 2021 new book releases post this month! There are not a ton of books calling to me in April, but I feel like that is 100% a me problem.
And to be clear, I would probably read every book on this list at some point-just not right now. After my ACOTAR binge, I am feeling a reading slump coming on, but I also feel the pull of the books I neglected to get to in March.

The Drowning Kind by Jennifer McMahon
Release Date: April 6
A woman’s sister drowns in a pool at the family estate where she was digging into the family’s past. The surviving sister goes to the estate to continue the research discovers the lore about a wish-granting spring that takes in equal measure to what it gives.
I am really hoping this shows up as an April Book of the Month pick!
